I can’t seem to find a link for accessories. Do you sell the 3 chain tire swing with a swivel separately

Is there a glider swing that I can purchase to replace the trapeze on the Admiral’s Outpost set?

Hi Bethany,
There is a glider swing. I do not see it yet on the Lowe’s site, however if you’d like, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@heartlandind.com and they can help you with that very quickly.

Is there a safety reason for no longer having the tower and bridge option? I just bought mine, and actually saw a picture on lowes.com with the bridge and tower, I am a little bummed its not an option anymore.

What is the best way to move a playset?
Heartland Industries

Hi Fred,
First, detach all the accessories such as the slide, swing beam, etc. I would even take the canopy off the fort, unless you are moving it a few feet around in the yard. Then I’d fasten the base model to a trailer and move.
Thank you for coming to our blog!

My sister has recently bought a heartland playset and is having it professionally installed. The installer insists on sand underneath. Is this necessary? He says it is. Also, he says it has to be anchored with cement. Is this necessary? I may want to move it later, but it has a climbing wall so I want it to be safe. Please let me know your opinions.
